A "guide" to gulp sounds

gulp - The standard, one-sound-fits-all gulp.

glup - This looks like a typo, but it can work well for small things that go down in one swallow.

gulk - Replacing "p" with "k" sounds to me like an open-mouth swallow, airier, if that makes sense.

glp - Quieter, more subtle, considering that it's pronounced more like "glup" than "gulp".

glk - This one is really popular, but I can't pin down a specific gulp to associate with it. Maybe it's more accurate to the actual sound, iunno.

glorp - Big. Extravagant. "o" is fuller than "u", so it makes sense this sounds like swallowing something bigger. Of course, glorps are their own sound altogether, so careful where you use this.

ulp/ulk - All the others sound like a final swallow, but removing the "g" makes it sound more like one in the middle. It could also represent a strained gulp with more effort.

glulp/gwulp - Adding the consonant blend makes these sound exaggerated.

These are the only ones I've seen, so feel free to suggest more.
